I want to plant a large Hydrangea near the northwest corner of my house, but don't know which is best. Do any of you have a favorite Hydrangea that's at least 10' tall? Something with long-lasting, big, showy flowers? I live in zone 5 - 6 and the area receives plenty of shade and moisture. My goal is to soften that corner of the house with something full and attractive. Of course it doesn't have to be a hydrangea, but those do seem to fit the bill. Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially if it includes a link to one of the big growers (e.g. Monrovia, SpringHill, Wayside, etc).
Thanks!
Looking for a large Hydrangea with large, long-lasting blossoms?
how about the endless summer hygranea. this hydranea blooms on old wood and new wood unlike most so it will bloom earlier in coller locations as well as longer. can grow large with some plant food
